How do I get more information about a class?
In additional to the info listed on class page, you can send us an email or fill out the online inquiry form. We will respond with further information. We will check with teacher directly, if necessary.

Why some classes are unavailable? How do I know the next session time?
Pending on specific teacher plan or time of the year, some classes may be unavailable. You can book the page and check back later, or sign up to be a member to get more frequent updates.

How do I know I am successfully registered to a class?
After registration and payment, you are going to receive a confirmation email. About 1 week before class starts, you will received the information how to join in the online class. In rare situations, if not, please contact us.

Can I cancel a class?
Most classes are refundable before the 2nd class meeting, i.e., you can change your mind after the 1st trial class. Pending on specific teacher, you may be able to cancel after the 2nd session under some special situation, like sickness or conflict with school exam etc.

How about if I have questions during the class period?
Class teacher will typically provide their way to handle all class related issues, like answering after-class questions or class rescheduling for personal issues, etc. However, if you have questions regarding the teaching content or the teacher himself / herself, please contact us directly.
